Randall Hayashi, Corporate Controller

Randall Hayashi is responsible for the global finance and accounting operations at gen-E, focused on enabling the company to move forward towards its fiscal goals. Randy has over 17 year of finance, accounting, and financial systems experience within the IT industry.  Prior to joining gen-E, Randy began his career with KPMG’s High Technology division and later moved to Fidelity National Financial, heading the accounting operations of its Software Solutions division.  His career also includes experience in professional services, implementing financial systems solutions for Fortune 500 companies.  
 
Randy is a Graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
Paul Buccheri, General Counsel

Paul Buccheri leads all of gen-E’s legal affairs. His principal areas of focus are compliance, commercial negotiations, intellectual property and rights management, international legal issues, and providing strategic advice to the management team. Prior to joining gen-E in November 2011, Paul was a member of the management team at Nokia where he served as Director of Legal and was responsible for the legal affairs of Nokia’s global mobile messaging business unit including commercial matters, international, and M&A. He also oversaw Nokia's team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of mobile messaging around the world.  Paul has over 15 years of legal experience with software and telecommunications companies including Peregrine Systems where Paul was the Director of Worldwide Licensing. 

Paul is a graduate of Massachusetts School of Law.
Laurie Miller, VP of Human Resources

Laurie Miller is gen-E’s newest addition to its leadership team, joining the company in July 2012 as the VP of Human Resources. She is responsible for aligning HR initiatives and a talent management framework to achieve the business goals that are critical to gen-E’s growth and continued success. Miller’s career spans more than 20 years of business leadership positions in the high tech industry, most recently leading the Ingram Micro North American team of 60 associates running HR operations for the US, Canada and Manila, supporting over 5,000 employees.

Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, holds a SPHR (Senior Professionals in Human Resources) designation, and is a member of NHRA (National Human Resources Association) and PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association).

Payal Kindiger, Executive Vice President - Marketing and Managed Services

Payal Kindiger leads gen-E’s branding and marketing efforts, inside sales operations, organizational strategy, customer care, IBM channels development and managed services offerings. Prior to joining gen-E in 2003, she was a member of the management team at Deloitte and Touche. She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and has managed client-service projects in IT business process re-engineering and organizational development across a number of industries. 

With a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA, Kindiger also earned a master’s degree in business administration with emphasis on marketing and management strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Duke Tantiprasut, Ph. D., Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Duke Tantiprasut oversees all design and development efforts for gen-E’s Resolve software platform. Prior to joining gen-E, he reported to the CTO at Micromuse (now part of IBM) and held responsibility for strategic product initiatives and mergers and acquisitions, and served as a technical advisor to the development team. His career also includes work at Network Harmoni, where he served as chief software architect, and at Lucent Bell Laboratories, where he was a research consultant for the high-speed ATM Networking Group. 
 
Duke earned a doctorate degree in computer science from the Australian Telecommunications Research Institute (ATRI) and Curtin University of Technology. He also holds several patents and has published a number of journal articles and conference papers.
Craig Kirk, VP of Professional Services

Craig Kirk is responsible for managing gen-E’s Professional Services and Services Channel Partners. Kirk oversees professional service operations, delivery of IT Service Management Automation and Tivoli systems integration services. Mr. Kirk has over 25 years experience in management and service operations in the technology manufacturing, IT software and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining gen-E, Kirk held leadership roles in IT for Fortune 100 companies; Apple and Sprint Nextel. In addition, Kirk was Area Vice President of Professional Services for Peregrine Systems, where he was responsible for services solutions architecture and planning, as well as services delivery for North America. At Gateway, Inc., Kirk was the Director of Customer Care Operation where he was responsible for Service Operations and Data Analytics. 

Tom Cahill, Managing Director for EMEA

Tom Cahill leads business development, sales growth, delivery operations and corporate brand awareness for gen-E across the EMEA region. His career includes more than 20 years of experience in management, sales, project management and project delivery in the telecommunications and IT industries. Before joining gen-E, Cahill was chief operating officer of a leading service organization, managing a team of 20 consultants with involvement in some of the world’s largest telecommunication deployments of Tivoli Netcool software. Prior to 2000, he was a systems manager at a number of large enterprise organizations.

Gregory Spencer, Executive Vice President of Information Technology

Gregory Spencer joined gen-E in 2003 after heading up the development and production departments for a U.S.-based computerized embroidery machine manufacturer. He has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, having worked in both the public and private sectors. During his 15-year career as a law enforcement officer, he achieved the rank of captain and held the second highest post in the department, with responsibility for all computer systems and security.
